Some notes from the last trip, in no particular order:
- The best part of a new city is rarely the thing you went there for. It's usually the walk to it.
- Airports are the most honest places in the world at 6am. Nobody has the energy to perform.
- I take more photos of doors and windows than I mean to.
- Jet lag is just your body politely asking you to slow down, and you politely ignoring it.
None of this is profound. I just didn't want to lose it in a camera roll of four hundred nearly-identical photos.
